Fitness is one of the most important parts of our daily life routine, Every person wants to look good attractive smart, and active but in this 21st century, everybody is very busy earning money, for a better lifestyle. Still, fitness needs a meager time in this busy schedule and people do not have the time to work on fitness, especially those persons who work eight hours jobs. They do not spend their time on physical fitness and as a result, they look ugly and sometimes they suffer from different diseases. 

HOW TO GET FITNESS,

Whatever, wherever you are just focus and spend only one hour on physical fitness when you have time just try to walk ten thousand steps daily and do this practice every hour.

30 to 45age 

Persons who are aged 30 or under 45 are young and they have to focus on their fitness
, they have to eat less, according to some fitness experts, if a person eats five times a day and eats less food he will be much more active as a person who always eats more.
Walk is a major exercise that can easily be used by anyone of any age if a person is the age sixty or above sixty then walking daily can give you fitness at the age of 60. The human body is not very active and powerful so walking is the only exercise that can easily be done by aged people, Walk daily for at least 2 hours gives you strength but if the person is fifty he must walk fast for at least 3 hours in a day and if you are under 40 you must run fast at least 1 hour in the day. 
Daily Employees Routine 
 According to some best athletes, A person who is doing a job from +9 AM  to 5PM or doing a job in an office, not in a field must walk at least 10 minutes every hour this exercise or habit makes you healthy and fresh. You can easily continue your job full of your strength but unfortunately, most of the employees waste their time only sitting and eating junk food. Everybody knows junk food makes your liver fat. If you have a fatty liver many diseases can attack you and make your body fat but nowadays according to new research, a moderate lifestyle is to eat healthy food and avoid all kinds of junk foods including soft drinks. Noe days. Nowadays most people love to live their life moderately and I would love to share a moderate lifestyle and moderate food.
Moderate Food And Lifestyle 
  Moderate life is just about taking care of your body this is all about moderate life, What you take, and how much you exercise, Eating habits are essential in moderate life, you need carbs, meat, and fiber but in a meager quantity at least times a day but at the day you need only 5000 calories and you must exhaust at least 3500 this is balance but some foods must be avoided in the moderate life, especially pastries, burger, cold drinks, you need a low quantity of carbohydrates your body needs proteins, chicken but only 100 grams in a day excessive food is not good for health.

How to Control Sugar Level?

At the age of 10 to 55 your sugar level is at least 60 to 100 but how to manage this is very important work hard on your body for at least 1 hour a day and start walking every hour for 10 minutes then take some water and low quantity of food and after that, you must walk again for 10 minutes this is the best way to control your sugar level, Do not eat or use soft drinks especially sweet food must be avoided and if a person how to have a bad sugar level first consult you doctor go for the blood test of HB1C, This test can easily guide you that your body needs more work and about your body insulin level, If you have an above sugar level and its cross 180 than you are prediabetic and you need some proper diet and proper check-up of your body as well as move on to moderate lifestyle.
Exercise For Dibatic Patients 
Exercise is best for everyone but if you are a diabetic patient and you have a diabatic 2 than your body needs more attention spend more time on the ground and must do some exercises at least 2 hours a day if you are doing some hard exercises you have to take dry fruits during exercise because they easily maintain your sugar level, There are some different types of exercises for diabetic patient and walk is the best way to reduce your sugar level. walk daily if you want to maintain your level of blood sugar so go for a walk on daily basis ,circulation of blood is also maintained if you walk daily and after walking your body needs some kind of body streching you know a person who is streshing his body on daily basis he is fitter as compared to a normal person streshing body on daily basis can increase your life and if you are use cycle instead of running you will be fitter because the person who is doing cycling on daily basis would be super fit in life and away from all kind of diseases so must cycle
