The soccer game is one of the most popular sports in the world according to a new survey, About 230 countries are playing soccer today, Even our new generation loves to play football and children are very crazy about soccer, They even play on the grounds field as well as in videos games, Even the players those are well known in this field get a handsome income from their clubs and even from their countries, So every young grown-up boy love to play the soccer but it's not an easy task you to pay full attention on that sports, Because you need proper fitness for the soccer.

Fitness and food for players 

If you are a soccer player and play at your school, university, or club you need to be fit, and fitness requires healthy food, If you are a sportsman and play soccer  5 hours a day, you need healthy food you need carbs, meat, white meat, and a boiled rice but your body needs juices as well, so proper diet would follow, Today I am giving you the best tips for sports food and if you follow my fitness diet plans you will become an outstanding athlete, If you have a match at evening about 8 pm, you have to get up early in the morning at 7 AM first you need a to take a glass of boil water in that boil water you need to mix one spoon of honey and one lemon, your body needs that water in the early morning After that you need to eat some fiber and milk, After your meal you need to strech your body for preparing for the match and you need to strech at least one hour, After that your body needs some more food and you have to eat two eggs with only one pice of bread. After that, your body needs some rest for only 20 minutes and after you need to watch some match videos and plan who you will play today need some match tactics after that you need to eat a piece of meat which is about 100 grams, and would be cocked in boil water just stay away from any kind of deep fry foods and especially in the sports camp you should avoid all kind of junk foods like cheeseburgers and sugar drinks and before 3 hours of the match do not eat any kind of meal because empty stomach helps you to play with power and empty belly you can easily run fast.


Food to be avoided.

In sports life, you need to eat healthy food and avoid all kinds of junk food but nowadays our new generation love to eat deep fry food which is not a good or healthy food for sports or even for a normal who is not playing sports, this food must be avoided,  All types of burgers made in oils, cheeseburgers, french fries, creams, and specially Mc Donalds, kfc burgers are not good for sportsmen because this food can increase blood celastrol level, Which is very dangerous for everyone because high cholesterol increase your heart rate which pulls your body  toward heart disease, so be careful and avoid all these food and take only 100 grams of meat to be taken in a day excess of meat is not good for health and mostly try to eat mutton in instead of beef because beef have more cholesterol as compare to mutton so try to eat mutton and sports man who is vegetarian  is not much more powerful as compare to the person who eats meat so vegetarians are quick but the body needs more power which only comes for eating meat so, I personally adive vegetarians that you take some meat soups that can easily give you the power and even you would not eat meat because meat is  need of the hour for a sports man. 

Healthy Food For Sportsman  

Many healthy foods are best for sportsmen, Mostly we absorb that players need meat but according to new research, there are many carbs, fibers, and many other vegetables that are best for players, Specially if the player is playing an international match his body needs proteins, fiber, carbohydrates, and carbs but in a limited quantity, Player needs a protein so he must eat meat but only 100 grams in a day, as well as carbs and vegetable but all these food to eat 5 hours before the match because if the player has empty stomach he can perform well and if player eats healthy food its body can perform well in the match If we eat carbs and boiled carbs, are more healthy because in vegetables we have all kind of fibers, carbohydrates so vegetables are more effective as compared to protein shakes. 


Bodybuilders have different types of bodies they need more protein as compared to any other sports most bodybuilders want more food because they need high levels of calories but soccer and hockey players need healthy food and less quantity of food because they have to play fast and a player how play must eat less and his body need only 5000 calories in a day and he consumes 4000 in a day.
