Sports injuries are a major problem for all athletes and the injuries must recover fast otherwise they directly affect a sportsman's lifestyle, There are different types of injuries that sportsmen face in their career but mostly players are injured due to muscular pains which are quite painful, These muscular pains can be recovered but why players suffer from these injuries only because lack of drinking water and without warmup or stretching, Mostly players do not their body hydrate that's why they face muscular injuries stiffness of the muscle because the body needs to be hydrated at least 4 letters in a day but mostly sports man don't work on it, that's why sportsman get swear tissue and hamstring issues but if a person who gets hydrate his body and warm up his body before training would not face this serious issue, common areas of these injuries are hamstring, Ankles, knees, and legs. 

Groin injuries are the major injury that Athletes are facing know days actually there are different ways that athlete get suffer groin injury its a very tough injury because athlete faces a top level of pain in the front  joint and back joint of the hip ,This pain starts when you work hard without a warmup and your muscle is week at that time than you face this injury and if the player is not going the proper medication and proper stretching this injury can stop his sports carrier because in groin injury player can move his legs properly can not stretch his legs so becare full when you start your training warm up your body otherwise you would face this injury There are many ways to deal with the groin injury,First you need much water and be hydrate after your body need some power energy drinks which can help your body vitamins defenses so first you have to visit the doctor and give the blood test of vitamins and fats than you realize your deficiency of your body so take some vitamins energy drinks if you are going for training.

Fractures 

Fractures are the major injury of sportsmen especially those players who play hockey, soccer, cricket, and many other sports, Mostly players face arm and leg fractures this injury puts the carries of a sportsman at stake so please be careful when you play these sports the full equipment to save your body for the fractures because if you get fractures you need weeks rest or might more than 8 weeks. 

Awareness.

Awareness of injuries is the key to success for sportsmen, You have to work on this awareness and guidance from seniors or attend seminars on awareness of sports injuries, You need your body to warm up before the training and properly cool down your body after the game proper stretch your body. Awareness of common injuries must be known to every player, If players do not understand how they get injured they must know about stretching cool-down warm-up training, and especially the use of safeguard equipment and especially education about injuries you have to check the videos attend the workshops of awareness and actually awareness is all about sports education, Actually most of the players are not much educated so that's why they do not attend any kind of seminars or videos of injuries awareness these are the major issue of injuries but know days youtube channels upgrade the life standards of the players anyone can watch awareness injuries videos so please use all these tools for save your sports life. 

POOT TECHNICS AWARENESS 

Poor techniques are the major issue of injuries do not use any techniques without properly working on them, Mostly uneducated sports man use poor techniques without any research that why they get injuries, especially groin injuries Awareness of hamstring injuries is the major injuries that players do not get seriously and the put their carriers on the stake and we saw many players who lose their carriers only because of poor technics and awareness issue nowadays players spend more time on training and if spend more time on sports without awareness of injuries knlowdje player get injured, Poor technics are those technics which player use without any research or knowledge, Mostly poor technics are the foot wearing injuries proper tight they shoe lases and do not proper wearing of inners is the major poor technics without warm up and do not cool down after the games are poor technics and the players mostly do not much interested on stretch the body is also a poor technic.

SERIOUS AND NORMAL INJURIES.

Serious and normal injury awareness is the most important part of knowledge players must realize whether the injury is serious or it's a normal injury, Normal injuries muscle pain, and stiffness of the back the normal injuries but if the player gets injured groin tissue damage and fractures, These are the serious issues and must go to your doctor or MRI the body that you can get information about your injuries and all these of information about serious and normal injuries are on youtube and even you can share your injuries problems to you coaches they will give you the better advice as well as better treatment awareness, Player must do one thing which does not play when you are injured because mostly players do not take it seriously their injury and start playing which is not good for them. So again it is an awareness issue so it's a moral duty of a team coach to check their player's fitness level so it will be fruitful for the players. Players must know and be aware of recovery of the injuries and not play their game before their recovery this is a major tool of sports injuries and must visit their doctors and follow their proper advice plans, Mentally health of the sportsman is one of the most important important parts of the player body sportsmen must be very fit especially their mental health level Because mental health level of a sportsman is the key to success in sports life, These are the critical issues of sportsman life player need to work on it their injuries issues.
